Juli! In den kommenden drei Wochen findet jeden Montag und Donnerstag von 19:00 bis 20:30 Uhr im Baggerloch ein intensives Training statt, das sich an alle TSV-Mitglieder ab der U16 richtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel ist es, sich fit f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Basketball-Saison zu machen. Das Training deckt alle wichtigen Bereiche ab: Koordination, Schnelligkeit, Kraft und Ausdauer. Dabei sind sowohl Anf\u00e4nger als auch Fortgeschrittene herzlich willkommen. Das Training findet bei jedem Wetter statt. Die Einheiten bieten die optimale Vorbereitung auf die kommende Saison.
